Nope, it's not the tune. Wastegate is commanded closed and it's not hitting boost target.
I'd boost leak test it and if that's all good contact Dan and see if there's anything else he wants you to do before you pull the turbo off.
ok Dan told me to run base is38 file just for confirmation of same issue and i will log parameters Diggs said to share with you guys
Forgot to mention i did boostleak test it through turbo inlet up to 30psi and had. no leaks

What gear is this? I can't imagine the vcds logging can't give data between 4400 and 5800 rpm. Try the turbo button.

See if you can get your upper and lower close to mine.

Spin out to 3.85v and run adaptation then run upper and lower stop. Start the engine and run adaptation again while running. It might abort the upper and lower you but that's ok, let it.

This to me doesn't look right. specified is supposed to be 0 but its going to 81%.
Am I right to think this a map that's for an IS38 on the GTI?
You really need to do a pull from 2000 - redline with turbo mode on and WOT if possible.
Another thing is that

the wastegate is not closing fully when requesting it. its at 4% when it should be 0. I don't know if this a physical thing or a map / Adaption thing but I do know when adapted properly it should be close to 0.

For whatever reason the wastegate was 81% open at one point around 4500rpm.
Something is really weird because the boost command was also zero at that point.With so few parameters recorded and only 3 data points during the whole pull it's impossible to get a sense of what's going on.
it was 2nd gear quick pull ok so i have to click on turbo button on center ?
