I tend to leave them on for awhile. I used the clear tape from lamin-x. Think it's going to work well. Im going to do it over again but use a thinner version of lamin-x. Also redo the pattern of the foot pads as the oem footpads don't touch the roof at all, but only the raised ridge sides of the roof.

Just got my Golf back after its small bumper repair. Absence makes the heart grows fonder and all that....

But my, it's such a lovely car - not sure lovely is quite the right word but put it in sport mode and drove along the B3181 home, such a fun car using the torque.

Sport Mode also made no difference to the fuel economy on this journey.

Put these on. Tired of bolsters getting jacked up over the years from passengers scrapping lazily in/out across the seats. We'll see how they hold up. So far so good.

Hm, interesting. I've got a 4 door, so the upper bolsters don't concern me - its the lower ones that people have no regard for haha.
