What did you do to your mk7 today?

I did this a few days ago, but installed a Vortex turbo, A2B RS3 LPFP, BFI mounts, NGK race plugs, Bosch 4 BAR PUT, EQT TMD + discharge pipe, and changed the oil.

The BFI stage 1 mounts are perfect for a daily driver! Too bad the transmission side is hidden under the battery tray cause it's a work of art!

The car pulls like a BEAST just on the 91oct base map from EQT, but the AP is detecting error code P1734. Anyone familiar with this code?

It's a pretty generic code plenty of people get. Has no effect on driveability. I've had it for as long as I can remember. Says something about gear selector. You can disregard it, it will stay forever.

where did your OEM pipes end, in order to mount those tips and have them be flush? How much of the OEM pipe is in the BMS tip?

It fits up against the end. Those are V2 tips by the way. V1s are double walled.

no, it completely goes over the oem chrome and depending on version (that one is slip fit) will hold onto the back of the oem chrome. maybe this will help.

Oh and they don't fit on the MK7.5 as the OEM chrome is too big. You'd have to cut off the chrome.

Got the windows tinted. I wish I would have known they’re tinted from the factory. I requested 15% rear and 25% front, which looked darker than anticipated when I was picking it up.

Now it’s actually closer to 10% rear 18% front. Oops

Good thing cops don’t really care about tint in FL.

I was Jake’s DP & MP with no muffler for a short period. It was really loud, ended up with a BorlaXS and now it’s perfect. This is all my personal opinion of course. I do miss the awesome DSG braps on that mufflerless setup though.
Edit- Jake gifted me an OEM suitcase along with the DP&MP prior to going Borla. So I was factory DP and then straight pipe. It got even louder once the DP and MP went on.
