Things people won't care about. These have been on my watch list for years, literally. Finally got a couple in good condition for a reasonable price. Trim pieces (new) are on the way from e-acca along with miscellaneous hardware.
Replaced this hard plastic piece...
With a thin (outboard trim piece) and a soft side bolster. Bolster would have airbags on cars outside of the states...

2018 Sportwagen SEL with pretty much every option minus the lighting package. Major upgrade from her 2015 TDI S. Was owned, and pretty well maintained, by a long-time friend of the dealership owner, and friend of mine. Difference with trade-in value was about 10k ($18k OTD after taxes). Similar appointed cars are going for mid $20s, so we feel great about our decision.
It's slightly lowered (still very comfortable), has some Audi tri-spoke 18's that'll likely be refinished or replaced, and it was ceramic tinted 2 weeks before the guy traded it in (saves us like $750). Just needs a really deep clean (I do this with every car) , and eventually maybe a GTI front bumper?

Zimmerman rotors to mate up with yellow stuff pads. It's not time yet, but I'll be ready. Oh yes, I'll be ready. Side note, thought about getting these aftermarket slotted/drilled rotors I saw on amazon for literally the same price, and they look amazing, but in the long run, FCP Euro lifetime warranty + OEM parts beat out wanting to look cool ... Maybe one day ...
mine are peeling pretty bad after 2-3 years of regular use here in New Jersey. Does anyone know if OSRAM would even bother listening to me since these are purchased from Europe and not a product sold in the states? My receipt is in euros...
I posted about this months ago: osram headlights delaminating?
I actually emailed osram around that time and got no response. thinking about trying once again because it's just as bad, if not worse now.

I found this, if this would apply, I am shit out of luck because I bought them in 2021. Just a heads up, maybe put some sort of film on these? Not sure if it would help or prevent this. I see you're also in the tri state ish area like me, so we are exposed to similar elements weather wise.
