I was able to use the factory bracket to help support the horns by mounting it behind the bracket. I could not mount it like the factory since I have my FMIC pipes in the way.
I had this clutch on my gti. Definitely a noisy boy, but held good power. Had a jb4 on an eblend moon tune from Diggs and held everything I threw at it.
I recall reading a thread a while back on your experience with it before swapping to DSG. I’m hoping it holds EQT stage 2 on the street AND the track just fine. I seem to find positive reviews from the ppl that run it, including someone running it with a Mambatek GTX3071R (434 whp and 400wtq).
Over the weekend I installed the Audi RS3 Brake Ducts, I installed a 25MM NUESPEED RSB with Moog End Links and the the BMP pedal spacer. I haven't had the chance to really get on it yet so see the impact of the RSB but it seems to be a little more tail happy. The Pedal spacer took 10 minutes to install and I love the improvement in the pedal feel. First track day is in two weeks so I'm sure I'll notice the difference then.
RSB was more of a pain in the ass to install than I expected but I did it last since I sprayed the end links and needed them to dry. Alcohol could also have been a factor in the complications I encountered.
I wish, I’ll still be buying eggs since the wife thought the little ugly Silky chickens were cute. Supposed to lay tiny little eggs View attachment 273950
I did build a large enough coop so if/when those things get eaten by snakes & hawks we can get the big ol traditional yard bird that lay real eggs.
