Wow not very many Reflexes as compared to the other "official color" sites. toss my new one into the mix. Upgrades & Add-ons to come (you guys are giving me too many ideas and the wife is not going to appreciate it, ha!). Been driving my trusted 2002 Duramax for so long, this GTI is a nice and fun change. Loving every bit of it!

Love the look Tarmac, the new wheels you have on, are those 19's? I'm going with vwr springs in the next few days myself and want to achieve a similar look.

Thanks for sharing... Looking really nice! My MKVII is due at the dealership around the 19th of this month. Silver, Lighting and PP. Your pics have me seeing my car setup the way I'd like. Did you do the VWR springs yourself? What did they cost you? And if you didn't do the install, what did they cost you installed?

Yes installed myself. I also helped a friend do his as well. I can remember the exact cost of the springs, but it was around $300 shipped. I had to buy some tools to do it. I recommend disconnecting the front axles to get the bottom of the struts out. I didn't do this on mine, but we did on my friends car and it was a night and day difference.

A local VW shop quoted me at $250 for the install.

Thanks. I probably spent over $500 total including the springs alignment new pinch bolts for the struts and some new tools.

Sorry for the confusion. I got the car for just over $31k. It's and Autobahn, manual with the lighting package. Not the SE.
