Not at all surprised to see the splines destroyed like that… when I was dealing with my dkm drama what was a big thing I noticed, the splines on the discs have shitty tolerances with lots of play - that cause the discs ability to bind up (that’s what was cause mine to “pop” on quick shifts, cause it wobble on the shaft a lot. I compared the fit back to back and tested the way it slides and could bind up with the dkm - oem - fx500 - and the ringer discs in my garage and only the dkm had all that play.

I see it had the plastic TOB too, I wonder if that was part of why mine was super heavy feeling and you said yours was close to stock. Maybe the fluid passage in my “updated” metal version was a different diameter or such.

Unlike the DKM clutch, this one is a dedicated drag racing clutch so this should be the first and last time you see it.
