Crashed from the side

So today my car got crashed into by another vehicle.

Just want to see what you guys think of the damage, whether it’s repairable or totalled.

New door, new wing, the sill cover is the issue. Assuming the wheel didn't take a hit as that could mean new rack and suspension components.

The only way that's totaled is if you car has a million miles on it and isn't worth anything anymore. Otherwise that's well within the realm of repairable.

Hopefully I’ll get it towed to the repair centre tomorrow.
I’ll keep you guys updated on what they report back after their inspection!

Was trying to move away from some dead cars on the left lane. The right lane was clear so I started to do my maneouver but then a car suddenly sped down the road and ‘couldn’t’ stop in time.

You're allowed to change lanes. Who's fault it is depends on the specifics. Guy who hit him going 30 over speed limit? That guy's fault. His insurance should pay, and you milk it for all its worth. Your neck hurts, your vision is blurry, the faberge eggs you were transporting disintegrated into dust, etc.

One time a fat kid on a bicycle broadsided me in another car and I thought my car would flip over onto its side.
