Thanks Diggs for your input

I’m worried that 28 psi sustainedcould damage the turbo , I was hoping to stay around 26-27 peak and taper to sustained 25 psi and decrease to 22 around redline

It only hits 28 at WOT in 4th and your IATs are pretty high so the ECU would be commanding more boost. How often are you doing 100+ on a day to day basis? Seems like it's more trouble trying to solve than it's worth.

Hey all. I was wondering if I might get a little input on something. I have a stock GTI with DSG running map2. When I accelerate hard, especially noticeable when doing a data logging pull, in the lower RPM range I can feel my car surging until I get higher into the RPM range. I did a log to see if I would record anything that might shine some light on this and noticed some peeks and valleys in my boost curve especially at lower RPMS. Is this what I am feeling and what could be causing it? I tried map1 as well and got the same results.

Here is a log that shows the peeks and valleys

Thanks for the help

Here is another log that shows it more throughout the whole rpm range

Set all your fuel bias to 100.

I was unaware you could adjust that for maps 1 and 2. How would I go about doing that?
This is how I get there with the android mobile app. You go to settings > JB4 settings > user adjustment and then there is a fuel bias column

got car to stage2 and map seems to be quite rich + high boost.

Thinking to test map6 as boost add zero and with mild e85 mix (20-30%).

Any experience with this kind of use - just add more fuel with e85?

little bit careful with stacking as stage 2 map seems to be quite aggressive but maybe if not adding any more boost it would be still safe, just to improve timing with e85?

Heres a log from a while back I did that I think looks pretty clean (6 6 7 7 6 at the top):
https://datazap.me/u/bluedoggiant/66-77-top-1?log=0&data=1-3-4-6-11-14-18&zoom=7-64

I have since made my 6000 value 6.5 instead of 7.

I can run my top 5 values as 7 7 7 7 6 until about 100F IAT. Over 100F, I have had good results making it 6 6 6.5 7 6

6 6 6.5 7 6:
https://datazap.me/u/bluedoggiant/6-6-65-7?log=0&data=1-4-6-11&zoom=4-58
https://datazap.me/u/bluedoggiant/6-6-65-7-1?log=0&data=1-4-6-11&zoom=2-59

I only run top tier 93, not religious about what brand though. Southeast USA (Atlanta). Only bolt on is an IE IC.

did two pulls 80-120 with third gear with 15 ltrs of e85 in tank just a moment ago - no real gain in performance - just cleaner timing and less boost. Throttle response felt better without jb4. Need to maybe test some more..

Anyone have a picture of their map 6 user settings? Switching tn from 2. Obviously a lot of stuff on here.
