Your last log looks good but the first two logs hits the trim sealing.

Diggs, I increased the boost where you suggested and sent a log to George. Just to recap, I'm stock running an E85 blend with 93 and my current settings looks like this:

3000 4.5
3500 4.5
4000 5.0
4500 6.5
5000 6.5
5500 7.0
6000 7.0
6500 6.0
7000 5.5

George suggested that I increased the boost by 1 from 5000 to 7000. I feel like being at +8 is to much for the stock DP, no?

I ran few more logs today and made sure to rev the car out longer since I let off at 6000 in my previous logs. Now we can see whats going on up top. The first one was additive with the above settings and it feels really strong. Ambient temp was 58 today. I also logged an absolute map again and noticed that I am getting more timing compared to the additive map (look at 6000 and 6400). However, the additive map feels a lot stronger down low. This is probably because my absolute map isn't as aggressive compared to my additive map. You can take a look at my logs below. Do you think I should work on dialing in an absolute map or just stick with additive? The temperature will get pretty low here so Im not sure if that makes a difference on which way I should lean.

Additive: https://datazap.me/u/btd37/1021-map-6-59a-2?log=0&data=1-2-3-4-5-6-11-25-26-27

Absolute: https://datazap.me/u/btd37/1021-map-6-58a-absolute?log=0&data=1-2-3-4-5-6-11-25-26-27

Additive: https://datazap.me/u/btd37/1021-map-6-59a-2?log=0&data=1-2-3-4-5-6-11-25-26-27

Absolute: https://datazap.me/u/btd37/1021-map-6-58a-absolute?log=0&data=1-2-3-4-5-6-11-25-26-27

I'd leave it on additive. It's up to you on if you want to go 8psi. I've found additive map won't go above about 7 at 6000 so if you wanted to go higher you'd have to go absolute. Absolute is not set and forget, butif you want to max it out go absolute and increase until timing suffers or it won't hit target, otherwise where it's at is good. You can already see the limitations of additive. Won't hit target.

Yes, your additive map is more potent down low than absolute.

Also, you can see absolute will hit target up top.

Got it, additive it is then. The car feels really good already so I'm gonna keep it where it is and not push it to hard. Now its been in the low 60s here these past couple weeks as I've been dialing in this map. Just for future reference when the weather is a bit warmer, at what temperature would you suggest doing a log again to make sure the car is still running smoothly? 70F maybe the max for my car with these settings? Also, I'm assuming when it gets down to the 30s these settings are still ok to run and E85 is still fine?

dont need to check on additive. yes they are ok for cold weather. just stick with 3 gallons e85

What do you plan on doing with your clutch? Just add a stronger Disk and pressure plate and keep the stock flywheel then i would take it easy so it doesn't slip. Most important is to not go full throttle in high gear low RPM.

I've looked at the TTRS option that people use. And Sachs seems to have performance kit with a stronger pressure plate and disc.

But I guess it's gonna cost an arm and a leg to get it installed in Sweden.

So I just bought a JB4, Once I get it installed what should my first order of business be?
My car is stock (DSG) minus a res delete. I will run Shell 93 gas.
Thank You

set to map 2 and enjoy. if you want to squeeze a little more out of it, log with map 2 and post here. if you have 93 I wouldn't even bother with map 1, you'll be fine minimum on map 2.
