Performed the DIY Clutch Stop mod.. what a nice, inexpensive mod that really has an impact on the driving experience. Also did the clutch spring removal mod while i was in there for good measure.

Yeah, when I bought the silver ring, I was hoping for more of a match to the speedo/tach. But the plain black blends nicely.

Cool. Both sides identical (i.e. both wide angle, no weird line like most have)? How is the LED tied in so it blinks?

Indeed, both sides identical, no weird lines. Took some getting used to, my brain had to adapt to the image. The mirror is using a one-way-mirror technique (like you see in interrogation rooms, where you cannot look through the mirror from one side, but you can from the other). The leds are invisible when they're off, but visible when on.
