What is everyone using for the jumper/repair wire? It’s listed as the yellow wire, part number 000979025E . VW sells it for $55 but I wasn’t sure if others were making this wire manually? Trying to avoid spending that much $ if possible.
I bought mine off of Ali Express.

I replaced the terminal pin, turn signals work now. The fog lights are acting as the reverse lights. Wiring issue again?

Got these running fine with the instructions. Now here's a question is there a way to get the rear fog to work? Obviously need a switch at the front too.

I would like to do this too. I can’t find any definitive guide but the Vlands do seem to have a wire broken out for the rear fog. I already have the switch just need the final piece of the puzzle.

Shouldn't be a big challenge to activate the rear fog(s) if you have followed my DIY for Vlands. Can make a drawing for it tomorrow.

I was going to try and find that link on this forum where he posted that instead of waiting until I got home, but I'm at work and got busy lol. Glad you found it.

That would be appreciated. Wired and coded exactly how your guide said works perfectly. Just want fog lights.

If you have the lights wired and coded as in my earlier instructions it is as simple as the following:

- Re-locate the Grey/Black wire from Inner-Left Pin1 to Pin5
- Add a repair wire from Inner-Right Grey/Red wire to Inner-Left Pin1
- Get a proper light switch. If necessary, get fog light trigger wire (VW part# 000 979 009 E) and install it between
BodyControlModule Connector A Pin 29 and headlight switch Pin 5
- Coding of Leuchte23 and headlight switch

Thanks so much for this! Time to source some wiring for the BCM.
