For all of you running 19" wheels, do you think a 19 x 8.5 ET45 would fit front/rear without fender work?
That's my exact wheel specs and I'm lowered :) no rubbing no fender work and I'm running 12mm spacers in the rear. See my pictures a few posts back

Perfect! I'm looking to get some TTRS Reps with those specs for now, sold a bunch of MKV stuff this weekend :D

What about a 19x8.5 +35? I'm more worried about the front than the rear. I would prefer a 235 and not a 225 tire

Would be lowered on H&R or maybe VWR springs

Any rubbing issues?
Practically non existent!
I've heard minor rubbing maybe 2 or 3 times. Was going over some bumps (major bumps) a tad to fast. Normal driving it's not an issue, but of course you allways have to remember it's lowered and on 19's, so some precautions must be taken!
