From dig, GTI shift points:

1st to 2nd: Mustang up half car length
2nd to 3rd: Even
3rd to 4th : Mustang up 1.5 car lengths

Both Mustang driver and passenger gave GTI thumbs up.

The problem with the mustang GT is that full tank doesn't last very long. :)

What would you need to keep up with a 15 mustang tuned and with 3.73 gears?

stage 2 with intercooler, water meth, and a little bit of e85 should make for a good run. No turbo upgrade needed.

Get some R comp tires. Those GTIs struggle to get big power to front wheels. I haven't heard of broken axles (yet).
