the boost maybe in the ball park of other set ups, but i'd gather that through running full e85 the timing advance/window is greater, thus netting that extra power that you have displayed, as we both know is38 are sort of a hair dryer when trying to make higher psi that tpc38 will shine in comparison to the is38, it will be more efficient and more tolerant in making higher boost and carrying it throughout the power band. i look forward to seeing this car with a properly sized turbo when its turned up.

Me too

and just for transparency and clarification I am on e48 not full e85 as I did not want to max out my DI injectors, I peak 16 degrees of timing at the very top end, which I’ve seen other people do 18, so idk, not tame by any means but not 110%

my apologies, I assumed that with the addition of the 535/pm4 it was running straight e85.

im running 15.5 degrees, but the boost is tapering from 27psi at 4500 to 25 psi at 5500 down to 22 psi by 6500. e35 hpfp

I think I've seen as high as 17.5 degrees on full E85 for myself, but like I said earlier, my car doesn't like the winter E85 blend and I've been knocking above 6k rpms which is hurting my top end. My target is 17.5, but on this run I only hit 15.5. I tested the ethanol to be E75, which should be ok for my tune, maybe I need new plugs. Something about below freezing temps, my car does not like. I did this 9.63 last week on my way home from work. I'm full weight Autobahn. So now I'm thinking if I remove all of the seats and exhaust, and get a sub .9s 60-70, I can see how sub 9s 60-130 is possible. I'm also on my stock wheels with winter tires which doesn't help.

TPC38 Performance Housing is in. Been in for a week to the day. First 60-130. 30psi, 7deg timing, 93 pump. Standard arob157 spec weight plus some. DA was actually 1950ft. Humid as all get out for 64deg. Rained all day. Road was still damp but the DSW06+ tires hooked well.

Let's get this thread back alive for the season. Second photo is my best Vortex pump run in December. 32psi, 7deg timing. Slight overboost to 33-33.5psi cause standard housing life in cold weather. Boost is flat as all get out on the TPC. Minimal map changes. Just holding the gate closed a bit later and easier boost control.

Adding a couple of 40-100s & 60-100s as well from a range of semi-cheater DAs lol

Follow up. Boost bumped to 32psi. Same 7deg timing and 93 e24 mix. Cheater DA. 35mph tail wind the faster two runs. Probably around 20mph for the first one. Had fuel cut on the first run at 8.64. Cheater slope on that last one. 8.45 run was same spot but no fuel cut as I put in 4 gallons. Section of road is kind of u-shaped so started a bit earlier.

Forgot the 8.45 run log:
