I think you’re hearing the same repetitive click I do at cold start. I swear the SAI had a solenoid connection still firing or something. Mine sounds like it’s coming from where the pump sat inside the bumper.

Mine definitely chatters a bit when idling, and goes away immediately when in gear. It sounds like chatter from a lightweight or two piece flywheel in mine, but it's hard to tell from the video if it's the same noise.

The R888Rs are on. Man, the Nittos were shot. These ride much better and are less noisy (on most surfaces, on some pavement it makes a slapping noise). I was concerned driving away from the tire shop as I heard tons of rocks smacking the car but then realized they had done some patching and there were black asphalt rocks all over. Got out on the highway and they were gone.

Once they burn off a bit more they will hook up real good when warm. RIP paint and mirror caps. I’m considering flaps, sticky tires throw so many rocks.

Austins are plenty sunken in.

It’s when you turn the wheel. Same way water sprays up, so does little pebbles and grit you pick up in parking lots etc.

Noted. Still got my OEMs in storage. Haven't noticed anything with the Nittos on and they were pretty sticky.

Mine probably throw more due to the offset and the amount of crap on the roads in SC. I can't leave my street without the symphony of rocks hitting the splash wells.

When it was colder out (Vegas version of cold ) even my mp4s would fling pebbles like crazy, with my rt615s I’ve not run them in anything below 89 degrees out so far so cannot say how bad the 200tw’s will be but here’s how they howl in 2nd with none of nannies on, in 3rd going 60-100 the factory TC on it’s flickering on and off till 6500rpms though.

Nice thing with these is even when the howl they still gripping good and pushing me forward.

Reminds me of when I put, then new, Bridgestone RE11's and backing out the driveway rocks were sticking to the tires.
I thought, what have I done with summer tires!
But having removed the tire stickers the adhesive that was left was picking up rocks.
After a mile it ran normal.
My "Oh Shit" moment.
