Thanks for the measurement pics! I’m gonna switch my 305 soon too.

Will be interested to hear your results with the start up when the cars sat for a full day. As that’s the only thing that got me waiting to decide to order the 535 Vs the 525.

It was cold motor. Primed and fired right up no issues.

Getting a P3043 code. Have to disable that.

Man that fuel filter was filthy… Bad fuel in your area?

No, it's that sticky stuff. Google says I should run some pump gas once in awhile.

I think it has to do with heat and E85. If it was an E85 issue it would be outside the pump but it wasn't. it was only near the pump.

Sadly, had to sell it recently because only 2 garage spots and 3 cars. It was a constant battle to keep the mice out of it and after 5 years couldn't do it anymore because they recently had gotten inside and had babies and also chewed injector wires. I was afraid they'd do something to make it inoperable and $$$ to fix so sold it while it was driveable. Before covid I was at least diving it a few times a week to work but now I WFH so it just sat and they took over.

That is very unfortunate. I had an 2006 9-3 6spd that had some bad electrical issues. Now I am looking at an 2008 9-3 Aero for a winter/daily. I have a soft spot for them.

I'd love an 08 Aero 6 speed. Hard to find in good condition nowadays. Good luck in your search.

In case you are following along and plan to swap pumps. P308D latest CEL. Got that one once in a blue moon with the 450. Turned it off.

You running a controller or just the duty % down some?
