Fair enough, wasn't sure if you were to go with hpfp/lpfp option the car would be able to handle it.Just drive to the shop gently and stay out of boost.

Problem solverInstall it uphill from the APR dealer.
You can also tow it for like $100 or whatever that is.Fair enough, wasn't sure if you were to go with hpfp/lpfp option the car would be able to handle it.
Install it uphill from the APR dealer.
Easy access to tools too. They won’t mind.Just do it in their parking lot
Gotcha didn’t know if it wouldDoesn't work like that. It's like the guys that are running downpipes on stock tunes. Don't do that.
Since APR software must be installed at an APR dealer, this basically forces you into having everything installed at a shop as well, correct? For some of us who would want to install the turbo, fueling, etc ourselves at home how are you supposed to then drive to an APR dealer for the software to compensate for all the changes? I would think labor costs would end up eating into the great price on all this. I understood some will just go all in and have a shop do it all. I would really like to switch to something like this since I only daily my car and am in an emissions testing state. This kit would make a very solid daily driver without having to deal with all the headaches associated with going bigger turbo, custom tune, and so on. Maybe it could be rebranded as the Acadia18 turbo special or something like that
Yeah, but I'm on an EQT tune and I'm considering this. The only thing holding me back is that I can't easily log if I'm running their software. But staying emissions compliant is a huuuuuuuge plus.I feel like APRs general customer is typically someone who doesn’t mind having a shop do the work anyway. Basically drop the car off and say make it fast and call me when it’s done. For those who like to tinker and install themselves are more likely to sit through the etune process or tune themselves on ED.
Can u flash with the apr dongle?Where and how you install the kit is your call.
Turbo - if you don't get into boost, I bet it would be fine to get down to the dealer if it wasn't a long trip
LPFP/HPFP - probably the same there
MPI - wouldn't be activated aways
Me personally? If I was doing the install myself, I would have it towed to get the software installed. I wouldn't take the risk, but that's just me
