still looks good. Skip map 3 and move to map 4. Map 4 is actually less aggressive than 3.

Negative.. Not on the latest firmware (which I think you're on). Map 8 is safety/valet now.

It looks okay, but the sample rate of your log looks weird. Do you have a lot of stuff running on your phone while you're logging? Maybe streaming BT music or something?

It was plugged in for apple CarPlay during. I can do another pull with other items turned off on my way home
Yea, try restarting the phone and doing a pull without playing music etc.
