Told my Wife I should sell my old truck and GTI and buy this.
Just combine them.
If it comes with the twin turbo V6 that will be a quick truck.
Coworker has full size with V6 and it does 0-60 in 5+sec range.
At $45,000 almost makes one forget about an R.
Just to drive with that suspension and not worry about roads would be worth it.
2021? GTI will be 6 years old and truck 25 years old.
Guess I will start saving.

Wonder how hard to get?
Also will they make in USA?
I head development work is being performed in Australia Ford division.

Eh, a lot of folks love trucks. I've owned one, a 1997 Mazda B4000, six cylinder, 4x4, manual transmission. It served to move me from Georgia to Vermont, and for a couple of years in Yankeeland, but I realized I no longer had a need for it, and really, I hated driving a truck. I was glad I did, so I could get a sense of what all the fuss was about, but it just didn't do it for me. Still, there are a cubic butt-load of trucks up here, just as there were in Georgia, and folks spend a ton of money on 'em. To each their own.
