Could start a new forum.. wouldn't take long to setup but with everyone and all the information already on this site it'd take some serious time for the transition.

The admin comes by every now and then but they haven't really done much to fix the problem with spam. If anything things seem to get worse when they try to work on it (for example the "you're offline" message that happens all the time now)
