Excuse the dirty car. Had a center exit exhaust made this weekend. The ends of the diffuser haven't been put on yet because they're being painted.

The exhaust shop I went to already had them in stock, sorry wouldn't know.would you happen to have a link or advise where got them? I’m running 4” cause at the time I couldn’t find anything in 4.5” with the burnt ends

Pretty sure the one in ShaZam's pic is 5Q0 825 236Q which is describe by Golf Dave as the "Thin plastic 'Aero' tray NOT the Skid tray".
The full hardened skid tray is 3Q0 825 902, if you want better protection.
