Gloss black side mirror caps and VW emblems. Euro style front vanity plate (idea shamelessly stolen from fourm user 1za h4).

Thanks! And yeah, it was a lot simpler than I expected (last post in my thread)

Kudos for figuring that out! I immediately pulled mine and did the same, lol.

Might have been a little more difficult since it's an auto switch. The piece I had to grind down was a little hill between the auto and headlight positions... but it works! Not quite as easy to pull as the stock positions, probably should have removed a little more plastic. Here's a before and after of the plastic slugs:

Thanks! That’s how I felt about mine. I should of maybe taking a bit of sand paper of some sort to smooth it out more. I find it easier to fully turn and pull, then turn it back to ‘city lights’

Thanks for the before and after picture!

Installed a set of OEM mudflaps on mine yesterday. Also put some 3M clear film under them, so they wouldn't damage the paint.

The film is barely visible and hard to see in pictures. Which I guess was part of the point, so, success!

The flaps fit on the car really well, and don't move around at all, so it's hard to imagine they'd cause much of an issue with vibration. But I had the film already, and figured while I'm here, I'll do it right.

Installed a few things today and a few things last weekend.

Had some H&R sport lowering springs installed. Love the fitment and doesn’t scrape. Also had Fluidampr pulley and ARP Crank bolt installed the same day.

Installed the Oettinger Spoiler after finally getting back from the body shop and waiting till it stopped raining for a few days in Cali haha. Took me 4 attempts of getting this spoiler shipped to me undamaged! Crazy 3 times from ECS, but they were very helpful and finally packaged it way better the 3rd time. And one time from a Volkswagen dealership in New Jersey that I had to go thru PayPal just to get my money back.

Installed some Rokblokz Short mudflaps. Was going to go with oem, but I just didn’t like how they looked very much.

Installed OEM Euro switch

Installed some dieselgeek shifter shaft bushings. Makes it feel a lot more solid compared to the rubber OEM ones and combined with my torque solution bushings, it has a lot better feeling to it.

Last, installed some titanium locking lug bolts. Way lighter than stock and look good. Have all of them with the locking feature.

The car is coming along pretty good and still have a lot more to do.

Looking good! Do the mudflaps attach overlap onto the fender like the OEM ones do? That’s what I hate about that look. Seems like an afterthought.

Changed the throttle to "Direct, Controlled By Threshold" and set steering default to "Dynamic" via Carista. Both subtle changes but I really do like the direct throttle. It seems to have also improved manual shifting with the auto, specifically on downshifts.

For some reason I'm itching to buy the titanium lug bolts, but I don't know if there's a reason to other than to say I have them.

True. I was just looking for lug bolt options that were ball seat and had all bolts locking in black. I couldn’t find that option

Thanks! They don’t overlap to the side like OEM ones do. I can take some pics later

WOW. You have one of the best looking R's I've ever seen. I really like what you did with the Prets. What exactly is that?
