Its still another polestar "concept". I'm sure the actual production version will be much less extreme. Probably not an AMG/RS/M competitor. It'll be just like the C30 Polestar concept and the dumbed down production version which is slightly underwhelming.

Although it is nice to see Volvo working on performance models again.

The Smurf will appeal to Volvo buyers that want something more sporty, but it doesn't buy instant cred with the crowd that buys the cars it is intended to compete with.

I wish them luck but I don't see Volvo succeeding where others have failed.
