Timing Pull / Retard

Hello,

As the title read, i just cant get over the timing retard in my engine, always keep retarding, even on OE ECU Software and i just cant ignore it.
And it is jumping from cylinder to cylinder. All from -2 to almost -5 deegres in retarding.

Good sparkplugs, intercooler, downpipe with racecat etc etc and i am using alledgely on of the finer gas here and always 98RON

Have som loggs i have done with VCDS if anyone is courious, thanks.

Tune has too much timing advance down low for that gas quality and boost. What tune is on it?

Interesting. Its on a Stage 1 tune from a company in Sweden, no box, flash tune.

But like i said, its even retarding on OE flash and thats what anoy me.

They need to be less aggressive with the advance in the 2-4k range and also need to lower the knock retard tables so it doesn't pull 3 degrees for every knock event, that's way too conservative.

It's probably fine, it just sucks....

Like this log, it knocked and never decayed back to 0 for the entire gear.

That's just slowing you down for no good reason.

Yeah, it realy sucks. Fourtunenaly or not, there are no room to go WOT all the time, so its like you say, probably just fine.
