With DCC, it seems you cannot set Individual Mode to:

DCC and Steering to Comfort, with Engine to Race. I only saw Sport as the most aggressive Mode under Engine. Is Race Mode all or nothing? Is Race Mode the only mode that opens the muffler valves?

Is body side molding available as a dealer installed item?

Sport is Race. Not sure why it wasn't called Comfort/Normal/Sport/Individual...

I actually had my Individual setting as DCC as Comfort, Steering as Sport and Engine as Normal. But it got stuck in that setting and I was unable to change it all day. The next day I was able to change it back to Comfort. VWoA is looking into this for me...

....... Is Race Mode the only mode that opens the muffler valves?.....

Seems to be different for DSG and manual cars.

Mine is manual.

Manual cars -The only mode the valves are closed is when engine is in ECO mode. In the other modes they are more or less opened. In Race they are closed e.g low rpm /mid rpm when you just press the throttle a little to medium.

Since a week ago I have VCDS tweaked the flapper closing.

Flapper mod with VCDS:

VW calls the mode "Race" but in individual settings it is "Sport." They didn't, for some reason, change the submenus to reflect this.
