Unfortunately I have no idea. Ivermectin now has a gigantic target on its back. You used to be able to get an appointment and RX on America's Frontline Doctors website, now they're backordered. You used to be able to order it in bulk from Indiamart (website), now those shipments are being intercepted at the border.

You may be able to schedule a doctor's appointment at https://www.pushhealth.com/, my friends have been able to get prescriptions there on the cheaper side. This website will get the RX to a pharmacy that will fill it for you.
