I would never use the old one. Too much work to replace if it leaks.

Yes, for the reason above. You might get away with reusing.... but unless you are happy to run the risk of possibly having to take the manifold off again, replace it.

Consider how much you are saving by DIY'ing this. The gasket is worth that alone.
Not to mention, like said above, if it leaks you're gonna be mega upset...or at least I would be
