I sell those air scoops over in the classifieds. We've sold hundreds of them now. All through paypal. I always offer the option of sending ff if the buyer wants to assume the risk to save three percent. On a 60 dollar part, it's not a big deal, on a 1k clutch or something that's a bigger decision obviously (30+$ in fees). When I purchase stuff through these forums I always try to get first, last name, address and even a cell number. That's enough information to atleast inconvenience a scammer if they burn me. On community forums like these, it's sickening to see people pull this shit. We all have a mutual trust with one another and that crap puts a higher burden on all of us. Always judge post counts as well. If they don't have any or very many get as much PI as you can.

also see what the posts are....often you can tell what type of person they are by their posts. Although scammers often are "nice"
