Ran the Golf R at the 1/8 mile today with some other friends.....

And I am amazed and so were many others at the time I pulled. We are around 1791 feet above sea level here. I ran several cars and killed them. Pontiac GTO Supercharged, Dodge Caliber SRT4 and MazdaSpeed 3. The others were much faster....GT-R, dragster of some type.
Best run of the night:
60 ft: 1.9018
1/8: 8.3906
1/8 mph: 83.07
This calculates out to:
13.15 at 103 mph without figuring the elevation.
Sea Level I would have ran:
12.994 @ 104.235 MPH

With the Stg 1 plus Unitronic tune, I've ran 7.9 at 89 mph. This was at the Northstar 1/8th mile just north of Dallas in Denton, TX.
