Hey guys, i’m new to this forum and the golf GTI!
2 weeks ago i pulled the trigger and ordered me a GTI 2018 MT in dark iron blue.

Since my delivery date is end of april i got enough time to enjoy all your cool GTI’s on this forum. But im missing the DIB pictures on this forum!

I was going for indium grey first but always had DIB in the back of my head but was scared because i didn’t find many pics and never saw it in real life... but guess what my testcar was DIB and i was convinced. Thats the colour i want! And now the waiting game begins ?

So long story short.

You will not believe it, but I have the exact same story. My test car was the first Midnight Blue I'd physically seen here in Dubai. Slapped on an Oettinger kit after 3 years of ownership, and it looks the way it shouldve looked when it exited the factory. This color is unique in every way.

Just picked her up. Added 20% tint all around. Just need to ditch the rims. Never lowered a car before but I think it’s a must with the GTI, any recommendations?

Neuspeed, APR or VWR Springs are all good. I lowered mine on VWR springs when I got it and regret not immediately changing the shocks. I'm doing it this week. I've had the car for almost 2 years
