Possible coolant leak

Need some guidance before I make a decision what to do.
last week on Sunday my coolant light came on and I added ~20oz of distilled water(my overflow was almost empty), today(so about a week later) my coolant light came on again and I noticed it was lower than before so I added ~24oz of distilled water. I haven’t been lucky enough to find the G13 coolant too mix half and half. Upon inspecting in the engine bay I noticed quite a bit of liquid on the belly pain on the left side underneath the drive belts and looked underneath the car and the are 3 puddles. Does this seem like the usual water pump leaks I’ve read about on here or should I look somewhere else? Tried going to the dealer and they wanted my car for 5 days to “diagnose” which I think is way too long. Looking for some direction here. Thanks.

Funny follow-up: got thermostat/waterpump/housing replaced. 3 days go by and coolant light comes back on, check overflow and it’s bone dry. Look on ground and see coolant everywhere. Took to dealer and upon inspection, it was leaking again! 3 DAYS it lasted! Crossing my fingers it lasts this time 😃

Union connector misaligned. At least that was my case. But I installed it myself…. 😂
Or one of the hoses popped off the water pump. That was my 2nd issue… 😂
