Oil change lift DIY places?

Ok so I just moved to Ft Collins Colorado from Panama City Florida 3 weeks ago. When I was in Panama City I was active duty Air Force so I could go on base to the auto hobby shop and change my own oil using their lift and tools so I just had to purchase my own oil and filter to do the change.

Does anyone know of how to search up a place like that here? Where you can rent a car lift and use their tools for the oil change? Thanks in advance.

No, but you can change the oil from the top of the car without raising it at all if you get a vacuum pump.

You can get a schwaben vacuum pump on eBay for $40. It’s sold by ECS and is twice that amount on their website.
