Need some help

I just received the 034 dog-bone and insert.
i have a 2019 R
i have taken out the 21mm bolt as required.
i have tried to remove the OEM dog bone. It’s surrounded by rubber and will not separate. I can twist but that’s it.
i have tried all day to contact the company. I can’t get anyone at any extension to pick up.
i am hoping someone here has been down this road?

Pretty sure 034 only sells a metal insert so there is nothing to take out besides the bolt.

It was the upper dog mount they are selling that caused me fits. The dog bone is a no brainer except for lining up to rescrew.
my rubber looked different than what they were showing. I wanted to do no harm.
i called a couple of times and sent email.
i did hear back via email hours and hours later. At that point I had given up inserted just the dog bone and dropped the car.
i was told that they were working from home so the phone calls were useless.. wish they had put that on their site or in the box with parts and no directions.
now they want videos of the problem and I told them I an not going to go through talking the dog bone off at home again. I hope they are a fair company.

They have an installation guide on their site, why would you not try there first?
