I have the vw671 kit and I love it! I actually like the hex head screws, it makes it slightly more difficult for someone to take my plate. Great quality product and I hope that he finds someone with a GTI for him to experiment on, lots of my GTI buddies want one.

Would this also work with the R-line bumper? I might be getting a R-line bumper for my GTI and it will have the same grille as the Golf R

Thanks for the offer. But it's going be a few development cycles for sure to get right. My guess is anywhere between 10-20 test fits to get right. I think for it to work the person would have to be in the San Marcos or Escondido area.
