Is there a TSB for intermittent AC fail?

I had previously mentioned my AC has failed to operate a few times and two people stated its likely a valve on the compressor itself that is known to fail. Can anyone link me to a thread or possible a TSB if it exists. TIA

I took it to the dealer and they said it was for older cars. But they did check the compressor and replaced it as being defective.

Hmm, I thought VW was replacing the control valves instead of the entire compressor now. My MK5 had the problem and they replaced the compressor and receiver/dryer under warranty but that 3 years ago. I believe labor is less to replace the whole thing.

If the N280 valve on the compressor is not contaminated with metal debris we will just replace the.valve, drier and expansion Valve after we've done a full flush. If the valve is contaminated we will replace the compressor and everything I already stated.
