I've had problems where I was not able to increase the volume or turn off.
I even put it on park and turned off the ignition and removed my keys out. But it still remained ON (unable to turn off when pressing on the knob).. was weird but after turning on the ignition I was able to increase the volume.

Other problem was with the usb plug, it didn't recognize my phone at all. Kept disconnecting it but somehow showed connected with bluetooth.

I've had this same issue. It also would not recognize my SD card. But specifically, the volume and power off issues you mentioned above.

Had no problems, but just checked my Infotainment to compare with goonergolf as our cars must be about the same age.
