I have the ECS dual air inlet duct and it definitely get more airflow into the filter. Just keep in mind when you get an intake chose one that still uses the stock box so the ECS inlet gets directed to it. You can get 95% of the airflow you would get with an aftermarket intake just by getting a drop in filter. Unless sound is that important to you. And you didn't mention an intercooler and while an IC doesn't add power it will help prevent heat soak so you won't lose power and drop IAT's faster.Yall have been sooo helpful and I was not expecting this kind of response! I have decided that although I like the performance gains of a downpipe, its gonna just be too loud for me so I have freed up some of the budge and am looking at intakes.
So I would be looking at keeping this muffler delete:

And going with this res delete:

I am looking at getting a new intake and I keep seeing mixed reviews about the APR:

I'd love to get some real validation on this intake and was thinking of matching it with this:

This all totals to about $750 which is right where I want to be
The Vibrant solved the drone I had which was at the same RPM as yours. You're going to want to keep the resonator at the very least or go with an aftermarket replacement like a Vibrant 17930/17950. The OE resonator isn't much different than a straight pipe anyways. If you look inside it it's just 3 lines of tiny holes and thats it. I just recently did the ECS muffler delete on my 2020 with stock downpipe and resonator and while I love the sound when I get on the throttle there is very noticeable drone when cruising. It gets very boomy/bassy, like you can feel it in the back of your seat, between 1800-2800rpm when accelerating as well. I am going to be swapping the stock resonator for a Vibrant 17930 on Thursday and I will report back here on my experience. I am very much hoping it will get rid of the boomy/raspy drone from the muffler delete.
Seems to be the general consensus on the exhaust thread as well. Did you also do just a muffler delete or do you have a different set up?The Vibrant solved the drone I had which was at the same RPM as yours.
I have the Trackslag 4 "DP and Magniflow catback.Seems to be the general consensus on the exhaust thread as well. Did you also do just a muffler delete or do you have a different set up?
