What benefit do you think cool overs will be?

They can handle low more. Stock shock will soften or on low sport springs.

Which isn't an issue on anything newer than mk4...springs don't go low enough to hurt stock struts

Not sure if you realize I'm helping your sale, or if you realize I've put over 100k miles on lowered mk6s with lowering springs and coilovers personally so I'm speaking from experience not just based on outdated forum chatter.
