GTI Performance not so average

Hi there, i'm lucas from germany and i'm presenting here my GTI Performance which i transformed into a full trackday toy. I bought the car (MJ2015) used in May 2021 with one owner and 63.000km on the clock. The car had a little crash and i got a new front bumper and side wall (all done by VW), other than that it was in perfect condition to rip it apart. The build process started in june 2021 and is now nearly finished. I will post some pics of the process and also the current mods. Hope you guys enjoy it.

Did you completely replace the back glass? There isn't even a plug where the wiper was.

Also, 18x10??? Wow.

So, now to some pic's from the process

A friend of mine installed the most things, the most things where easy going nothing fancy but the CAE was a bit of a nightmare to dial it in so it shifts perfectly. Also did he found some rust he cleand it and sealed it.

Ah i see ^^ no there is a plug but it`s just de right angle and lighting

Damn. After having my backseat off this morning this car looks like a CL4 lab.

So we go on in the story after the first mods in june i had a little roadtrip to the austrian alps to test the mods and i had to wait for my KW ... 1 week after the trip my suspenion arrived an was installed asap. After that i drove the car for 2 months before it was time to strip it apart for the cage the installation that was mid november but was rescheduled to mid december so the car was on hold in the garage. Then was finally the time for the cage i ordered the full bananas pack the welding took them one week and after that i waited 5 weeks for paint because nobody wanted to paint the cage :/. In march the dash was back in and the car was ready for the last steps which are the floor panels, the door cards, the wishbones, harness floor mounts, and some dash embellishment but before that i wrapped the cabels in black cotton tape just for the looks. Unfortunately my friend had covid so it now took us 5 weeks to complete it. I will pick it up in 2 days with the final interior pics .
