So after talking with other folks who have had this issue…decided to be proactive and got a grounding kit…. Really satisfied

So I'm going to have to change my title.....I FINALLY picked up a true bbk and I'm done searching! After almost committing and buying:

an APR bbk with a leaky seal ..... even APR didn't sell a rebuild kit

then

a massive 8 pot lizard green powdercoated set of TTRS calipers, but couldn't make the parts work easily and funds didn't make sense

then

almost settled on an older model VMR 6 pot bbk, but rotors were only 352 and it was ..... an aged kit

then

literally one night after I was done checking the forums, found a guy up in MD selling his full TTRS set up, to include rotors still at OEM thickness (OEM Audi drilled rotors). Thanks to @manu97 as he's constantly been finding deals on the interwebz and sending them to me......

thanks to @El_bigote_AJ as he kept asking me why I'm settling lol and for answering 84674865 of my questions about fitment/parts/etc

Soooooooooooooooo......picked this whole TTRS setup for about 1200....with new lines inbound from vagbremtechnic for 90.....1300.

then

that led to me picking up a motive speed bleeder, drain bottle, turkey baster (for extra fluid in the tank) and some motul 5.1 on sale from amazon.

gonna be a fun weekend next weekend lol
