Front Plate holes

The front plate on my '11MK6 GTI is still ziptied to the honeycomb grille since day 1. It does not fall off. Still attached.

something to consider, at least i won't be covering the holes but will cover with plugs and no one will see.

I made sure they didn't drill holes in mine. Couldn't be more happier.

Considered this option but here in NY, we are required to have the front plates at all times. I don't want it covering the airflow while driving.
