Factory alarm option but no panic button on key

South African Golfs get the full alarm but no panic button. I have the keyless option and both remotes are normal.
Must be because there is no crime in South Africa either ;-)

It's not as though we were short on crime here in the UK, but the Government imported much more in bulk. I won't say where from ... ... ...

I posed the question to Volkswagen Sweden.. There is no exception in the instructions manual, so they are going to have a heck of a time getting rid of my request, Ill tell you that.
I have the panic button on my BMW, so I guess I will just have to use the "Oh, So BMW offer it, but not VW?" ;-)

Got an answer from VW Sweden, who said that the panicbutton keyfob is only offered to the north american market.
