Enkei Wheels

Hello all,

I am currently debating between these two wheels that are both 18" and black:

1. Enkei Raijin
2. Enkei PDC

I am having a hard time choosing between the two. The PDCs are slightly cheaper than the Raijin ; however, they are not made with Enkei's MAT technology. Also, I can't find a weight for the PDC wheels anywhere online and I have searched for a while. The weight will be a huge factor in choosing the proper wheel!

What are your opinions?

What would be the effect of having a wheel weigh 2-3 pounds heavier?

If you use the 1lb of dynamic weight to 6lb static (unsprung) weight, then it is loss of 48 to 72 lbs. Probably close to removing your back seat for the next 1/4 mile run.

Heavier compare to what?

FYI Stock GTI Austins are 25 or 26 lb. The Detroits on MK6 were 29lb.

In terms of what it feels to you, you might feel the car is slower because of the extra inertia. But really I think for normal use you won't feel all that different.
