ECS DIFF Inserts / 034 Dogbone Bushing Experiences

I am going to be dropping my front and rear subframes in the spring for a FSB and alignment collars and am looking for anything else I should do while I'm in there. I already have front and rear LCA / Trailing Arm Bushings, RSB, and subframe bushing inserts.

Does anyone have experiences with either of the two products? I haven't found much in the way of reviews or first hand information.

034 DOGBONE BUSHING
034-509-1034
I would consider these if they are lower NVH than my dogbone insert and were in the ballpark of being as effective.

ECS REAR DIFF INSERTS
019797ECS01KT
And I would do these if there was little to no NVH increase and somehow noticeable improvements.

Thanks All

I have the inserts but I'm skeptical they'll make an appreciable difference. Whenever my rear diff comes out for an LSD, it'll get full poly bushings instead.

I doubt the 034 mounts are worthwhile, they have the same voids as OEM and none of their density line products seem to be durable. If you're using a metal insert try using a poly insert like powerflex or BFI instead.
