Chicagoland MKVer's on crack?

Getting rid of my car this week and have been trying as hard as I can to get rid of my APR Fuel pump before it goes. I have offered local people to trade their stock pump + $200 for my APR pump and not one single person is interested. If I had this deal when I was looking for a pump I would have shit myself in excitment.

well, i am not sure if this is applicable to that item or not, but, a lot of items are only warrantied for the original owner, some may not want to take the risk.

also, some are weary of dealers denying warranty.

also, looking for local people is tough...

But only $200! That is nothing for an APR pump. That is cheaper than any of the crappy rebuilds not even including installation.

no arguing that it's not cheap, but no matter how cheap, there has to be a demand, which may be low in your area. if you were willing to do an exchange via mail, i bet you can find someone quicker.
