bizarre dashboard lumps?!

Has anyone noticed on their passenger side of the dash that there are subtle lumps? You can see them in certain light, and if you run your hand over the pass side dash, you can feel how its clearly uneven....Extremely weird! Anyone else have this?

Rough guess are they arround the tear out panel for the air bags ?

Maybe....its on the "flat" part, the top of that dash. Never seen anything like it.

I doubt it will show up on camera. If you run your hand over it, that's when you really could notice. I will try to get a pic though.
