Autobahn Leather Seat Quality

I've had my 15 GTI for about a month now, it's only got 1800 miles. I am wondering if anyone else has had issues with their leather seats doing this. I know this isn't a $100k car, but the quality of the seats is lacking. Should I take this into the dealership and have it looked at? Maybe get a new seat? To clarify, I am 5 11 and weight 135 pounds...so it's not my fat ass ruining the seat

Wow. I am 6' 210 and mine hasn't done that. Got mine in August. I'm in trouble if that's the look of things to come. Let more forum teammates weigh in. There's a wicked smart group out here. Have a Happy Holiday!

i'm pretty sure that's the nature of leather…..it's going to crease.

Sorry to say that my alcantara seats look exactly the same, makes the car look very shabby.

It's not really the crease that bothers me, it's the loose leather in the middle.

I have similar issues. I have a loose spot on the passenger seat. It's not as pronounced as yours, but it's there. I actually kind of like it. Call me crazy. I think the seats are nice and the leather is soft. Then again, my expectations aren't too high.
