Stock plugs cannot even be gapped, I believe. So yes, they are pre-gapped. Wherever it says it’s an OEM part no and it’s cheapest is best site.

Just get NGK plugs.

Stock plugs call for replacement every 60K, and APR sells NGKs. APR would LOVE to sell you their spark plugs every 10K miles.

On a S1 tune I'd bet you can safely run 40K intervals on stock plugs, or shit you could keep to 60 and just change as-needed if any fail prematurely I will be taking the latter route.

40k is the stock interval and tuned you should be changing plugs every 20k

Stock plugs are almost always NGK. For change interval just figure every 40K for stock. Maybe 30K for stage 1 tunes, 20K for stage 2 and every 10-15K for stage 3 and custom tunes.

although it is not necessary I went with the Rs7 spark plugs combine with the Rs3 Coils for stage 1 and for me the car runs great.

There won't be any gain with those coils but keep your old ones for backups just in case.
