Anyone here have a Swissgear backpack? Do you have a problem zipping it up?

Well, I got a swissgear synergy backpack, free ar and 3 of the zippers have problem zipping up. Anyone else have the synergy or other swissgear backpack and experience this problem?

they bind where the darker gray nylon strips are, due to poor sewing. If i pull them a bit upward, then i can still get it to zip up. the other spot is where the front zipper crosses the zipper right above the drink holder.

Hey, thats my bookbag. I've been using that thing for like a year. Never had any problems with it. Finished my last year of college with it.

get out a pencil or a crayon and start colouring the zipper the graphite/wax will lube the zipper make it easier to open/close.

I had a similar one to that for the 5 years I was in college and never had that problem. I'd try to exchange it if you can, it was an awesome backpack, can't believe it held up so well

i have an identical, if not the same exact one for like 3+ years and not a single problem. zips up real nice and easy, the straps are soo comfy and so is the supporting foam on the back piece.
